Neurodivergent Young Adult Group
Ages 19-25
Monday evenings: 5:00-6:30 pm
Duration: 8 weeks starting May 2024
Fee: $35 per session or $250 if paid in advance
Focus: Discussing unique challenges faced by neurodivergent young adults who are adapting to life.
Format: Discussion and processing, with take-home exercises to be provided at each session.
Neurodiversity is the infinite variations and diversity of the human mind. These differences are normal, yet the neurotypical society we live in puts up barriers. Each month we cover a specific topic where we share resources, insight, and personal stories to learn and grow together as advocates. Our peers include those with ADHD, Autism, Tourette’s, Dyslexia, Bipolar, TBI, Anxiety, Depression, and more.
This group is for peers who identify as having a neurodiversity. In order to keep this support group a safe space, we kindly ask those who do not identify as having a neurodiversity to not join.
