    Starts Thursday, October 3rd, 2024

    Exploring puberty, reproductive health, and healthy relationships through a queer lens. The goal is to educate and empower teens to make informed and healthy decisions.

  • Young-adults-therapy group of 5 young adults in support group office

    Young Adult Neurodivergent Support

    Starts May 2024

    Group will be IN PERSON at our office.

    This group is designed to be a 8 week group for young adults ages 19-25 experiencing life challenges, goal planning, dating concerns or anxieties.

  • Girls Self Esteem grouo

    Starts soon Postponed to April 18th

    This group will be for ages 11-14 girls. The group will meet weekly on Thursday’s (changed from Tuesday’s) at The Brave Life Therapy Office (46260) from 5:00-6:15pm.

  • Sober Curious Support group

    Starts January 18th, 2024

    Join Kelsey, LMHCA, for our 8 week Sober Curious group.

    Focus: Discussing personal relationship with substances, goals related to shifting these relationships, and creating a safe, open space for exploration

    Format: Discussion and processing, with take-home exercises to be provided at each session

  • Attachment Repair Group

    Starts March 2024

    Join therapist Jess Mills, LSW, for our 10 week Attachment Repair group.

    This group will begin March 12, 2024 from 6:00-7:30p.

    Focus: Understanding your attachment style and how it impacts your relationships, healing childhood wounds, and learning how to live a more peaceful and authentic life.

    Intensive Inner Child Healing Therapy group

    STARTS Monday, February 5th, 2024

    This is an 10 week intensive therapy group for adults (ages 25+) to gather together, as they recover from issues with childhood dysfunction, unhealthy relationships, PTSD and other life areas they are struggling with.

    This group is meant for individuals seeking deeper healing outside of talk therapy.

    Group is a nonjudgmental environment and all are welcome.

    LGBTQ+ ASD Teen Social Skills Group

    Group will be lead by two therapists, Emily and Harley, LMHCA.
