CP shares, “Hello! I’m Courtney Paige Harrough (they/she), you can call me CP! As a therapist, sexual health educator, and abolitionist, my approach is rooted in empathy, embodiment, and empowerment. I create a nonjudgmental space where you can explore emotions, build self-understanding, and develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and curiosity. I believe in the power of collaboration—you’re the expert in your life, and my role is to support your growth through personalized, trauma-informed care. By integrating mind-body practices like Relational Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic-Psychodynamic therapy, I work alongside you to reconnect with yourself and move toward healing at your own pace.

With over eight years’ experience in sexual health education, survivor advocacy, and community organizing work, I specialize in supporting people exploring self-identity, relationships, and personal empowerment. My passion lies in helping clients break free from limiting beliefs, deconstruct systems and their impact and process past experiences to build a life that aligns with their values. Whether you’re navigating the experiences of trauma, anxiety, grief, or relational conflict, my goal is to offer a compassionate and affirming space where healing and self-discovery can thrive.”
