Beginning Thursday’s from 6pm-7pm January 18th, 2024, join Kelsey at The Brave Life Therapy for our Sober Curious Group.
Do you wonder if your relationship with substance use is healthy? Does your current relationship with alcohol, marijuana, or other substances feel unsustainable? Are you seeking something without rigid, harsh expectations and want a welcoming, low-pressure space to explore these topics?
Focus: Discussing personal relationship with substances, goals related to shifting these relationships, and creating a safe, open space for exploration
Format: Discussion and processing, with take-home exercises to be provided at each session
When: Thursdays 6-7 PM beginning Thursday, January 18th, 2024
*Clients commit to 8 sessions
Cost: $30 per session, $240 total, ($20 discount if paid in full before group begins)
